We require a $1000.00 security deposit which will be held against the card on file. This will be applied at pickup/dropoff.
It is fully refundable provided there are no damages.
Roadside coverage can be purchased as an add on to your reservation. Ask about it if you don't see it on your quote.
We offer delivery and setup within a 100 mile radius of Oakley. You can select your destination upon checkout to see the delivery fee or ask us for a quote.
Cancellation Policy
Renters who cancel 1 month or more before the rental start date will receive a full refund, minus the processing fee.
Cancellations made 2 weeks or more before the rental start date are eligible for a 50% refund, minus the processing fee.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 2 weeks before the rental start date.
While we do not rent out to Burning Man, other events may be allowed. Please consult us about the venue you are looking at attending for more info.
Linens are provided with a week long stay or more. They can be purchased as an add on for 20.00 per bed
We do allow pets. However, if there any damages caused by the pet, they will be deducted from your security deposit.
